I believe that organizations shouldn’t just be focused on marketing but more so delivery and customer experience optimization. In this digital age, a lot of businesses are focused on trying to make a name for themselves or generate more revenue but important areas such as customer service, product delivery, implementation, and others suffer which often times results in less growth and loss of customers.
I have 9+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer experience, innovation, and digital transformation spaces. I was previously the Innovation Enablement Lead for Manulife Philippines and a Senior Delivery Manager for the Manulife Asia IT Delivery Center. In these roles, I led in the conceptualization and development of Manulife GradMaker, a digital investment tool tailored for parents to save for their kids’ education, and other transformational projects. I have also worked with dozens of startups, digital agencies, and medium businesses to develop digital strategies that are focused on creating better user experiences.
I have been holding workshops, hosting events, and speaking at events for several years now but I’ve recently decided that I’d actively get engagements to share my personal experiences and thoughts on Digital Strategy, Customer Experience, Innovation, and Optimization.
