I’m a passionate advocate for transforming operations into enabling exceptional digital customer experiences. Having built and delivered digital products and propositions for global and regional companies in Asia, I connect the dots between strategy and implementation of customer experience innovation and transformation. Exploring the hard and soft factors of digital marketing, agile delivery, and digital experience management, I help clients delight customers in the digital age and stand out with customer experiences that are meticulous, thoughtful and effective.
I have over a decade of experience in digital marketing, customer experience, innovation, and digital transformation spaces. I previously led innovation enablement and digital delivery for a leading financial services company in the Philippines, and its Regional IT Delivery Center. In these roles, I spearheaded the conceptualization and development of the company’s first digital investment product tailored for parents to save for their kids’ education, as well as other transformational projects focused on creating better user experiences in the Philippines and across Asia. I worked with, and led, a team of 30 software engineers, designers, QA and CX specialists to ensure the digital platforms not only generate business value but meet the customers’ wants and needs.
Throughout my career, I have worked with dozens of startups, digital agencies, and medium-sized businesses to develop digital and content strategies, optimize customer experiences and generate business value and ROI through digital channels. I also speak at conferences and lead workshops and seminars on digital strategy, customer experience, innovation and operational transformation.
