No matter where I go, I always like looking for the best burger. I read reviews about different places and try them out but at the same time I explore and find new places and try their burgers.
I walked all around the Sydney CBD and these are definitely the best burgers in Sydney. Now I’m sure that a lot of you out there have your own opinion but based on taste and with all the burgers I’ve tasted, these are definitely the best burgers in Sydney. If you’re in the area you have to try these burgers!
3. Big Mark Burger at Lord of the Fries
Mock Beef Patty, Cheese, Pickles, Onion, Lettuce, Special Sauce
Location: 537 George St, Sydney 2000 (It’s just a small take-away stall)
Sorry for the poor picture, I got this from their take-away stall and had a hard time taking a good picture. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting a burger this good from a small place like theirs. It was just a small take-away stall and I didn’t know anything about Lord of the Fries. After eating there I checked them out and it seems that they have a number of branches in Australia.
2. The Almighty Burger at Grill’d
Grilled grass fed lean beef, tasty cheese, crispy trim bacon, free range egg, a couple of slices of beetroot with salad, relish & herbed mayo.
Location: World Square Shopping Centre, Upper Ground Level, 644 George Street, Sydney 2000
This is definitely a good-tasting burger. I loved it so much that I wanted to have another one, but my stomach couldn’t hold another whole burger. Maybe next time! Heard about this place from an article on CNN on the best burgers in Sydney.
1. Angus Burger on Brioche Bun at Waterfront Grill
Famous waterfront burger with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and spicy BBQ sauce served with chips.
Location: Shop 289, Harbourside Darling Harbour, Sydney
I was in the mood to eat a burger so I just walked up to Waterfront Grill and asked the waiter what their best burger was. He pointed out this burger and come to find out it was a really good burger! This is certainly the best of the 3 mentioned in this article. I love how it was so juicy, tasty and how it just melt in my mouth. If you want a good, quality burger and you’re willing to pay A$23 for one this is definitely one you should try.
